24 Apr - 5 Jun — Fridays 10:00-11:15 — 6-Week Open Yoga Course (Fordcombe)

In this 6-week open level yoga course, we will explore the alignment points of essential yoga poses. We'll also practice calming breath work (pranayama) and guided meditation in each session. This is a gently paced class that is challenging but still suitable for complete beginners, with modifications offered for every level. Please get in touch if you have any questions about the class.

Please note there is no class on 29 May.

Location: Fordcombe Village Hall - Oak Room (ground floor), Fordcombe, Kent, TN3 0RY. Limited free parking available in the car park and plenty elsewhere on the street.
