Hi — I'm Liz, a CYT-500 certified yoga teacher based in West Kent, specialising in gentle, alignment-focused Hatha and Restorative yoga. My group classes are relaxed and accessible to all levels, supporting students to build strength and flexibility while bringing more calm into their lives.
Alongside yoga, I have taught creative writing across Kent since 2019. I work with writers to hone their storytelling skills with an emphasis on building their confidence and developing a sense of inclusive community. In both my yoga and writing classes, students often comment on the friendships that develop between people from a wide range of backgrounds. I find meaningful parallels between the two practices and enjoy sharing this sense of connection with my students.
I completed my foundation yoga training at Triyoga and my advanced 300-hour training with Jason Crandell. I also hold a B.A. in English Literature and Creative Writing and an M.A. in Performance Studies.
