
In this 9-week open level yoga course, we will focus on the alignment points of essential yoga poses to help you gain confidence to move to an open level class. We'll also practice calming breath work (pranayama) and guided meditation to leave you feeling stretched, strengthened and relaxed.
This is a gently paced class that is suitable for complete beginners as well as more advanced students, with modifications offered to appropriately challenge every level. Please get in touch if you have any questions about the class.
Please note there is no class on the 24th of February.
