
In this 6-week open level yoga course, we will explore the alignment points of essential yoga poses. We'll also practice calming breath work (pranayama) and guided meditation in each session. This is a gently paced class that is challenging but still suitable for complete beginners, with modifications offered for every level.
Please note there are no classes on 4 May or 25 May.
Location: Fordcombe Village Hall - Oak Room (ground floor), Fordcombe, Kent, TN3 0RY. Limited free parking available in the car park and plenty elsewhere on the street.
