    About Me

Hello, I'm Liz — a CYT-500 certified yoga teacher based in West Kent, specialising in gentle, alignment-focused Hatha yoga. My group classes are relaxed and accessible for all levels to help students cultivate strength and flexibility and add some calm to their lives.

I received my foundation yoga training from Triyoga under Tim Cummins and Susannah Hoffman and my advanced 300-hour training from Jason Crandell. I also hold a B.A. in English Literature and Creative Writing from Eugene Lang College and an M.A. in Performance Studies from New York University.

In addition to yoga, since 2019, I have taught creative writing in person across Kent county and online, helping writers hone their storytelling skills with an emphasis on community and confidence building. I find deep joy and meaningful parallels through both my yoga and writing practices, and basically, I am slightly less myself on a day without either of them! Writing and yoga are amongst my greatest tools for wellness and connection and I love sharing whatever I think I know with my fabulous students. Please do get in touch if you are interested in exploring creative writing with me.
